Inspection Trips

We believe the best way to make a decision about buying a property is by take the time to see it for yourself.

Our inspection trips are personalised and our property consultants are on hand throughout to answer any questions and find you the property that fits your requirements.

During your trip we wil introduce our company and it's services, our properties and the areas they are located and also local amenities surrounding our projects.

• Confirm that you want to visit  Cyprus and view our properties.
• Advise us of the date(s) you would like to travel
• We will arrange flights and accommodation for TWO people
• You pay for the flights and we pay the accommodation
• We will pick you up from the airport and take you to your accommodation

- Day 1: Our consultant will collect you and show you the area.

- Day 2: Viewing OUR PROJECTS with our consultants.

- Day 3: decide whether to purchase and procedd with sale, see lawyers etc.

If you PURCHASE a property from us we will:

• Refund you for yours flights
• Install air-conditioning, white goods, furniture, curtains and blinds free of charge
• Install a jacuzzi on apartments with a large verandah (over 40 square metres) free of charge
